I noticed a few of you have been using rather large avatars recently.
Please can you keep them maximum 100 x 100.

Hey Nick,
I tried to reduce my avatar size and now I can't get the images to appear...I keep seeing a red "x" when I submit my new avatar.
Any thoughts?
